Welcome to eZyRent ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), a SaaS property management platform operated by [Your Company Name], a [State] corporation. By accessing, registering for, or using eZyRent, you ("Customer," "User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Service availability of 99.5% per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that may adversely affect your use.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein.

All payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant third parties. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
8.3 Cap on Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
